One of the Presidential Aspirants contesting under the umbrella of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Nyesom Wike (CON), consulted the Obi of Onitsha as he took his campaign team to Anambra State on Saturday.

As part of his consultative movement, the Rivers State Governor whose aspiration and ambition is to assume the office of the President at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, consulted stakeholders and delegates in Anambra state.

Mr. Wike, who was adopted and endorsed by delegates of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), took his ambition to Anambra as he made his declaration known to party men and women of the State.

“Today, we were at the palace of the Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe (CFR), to pay homage to him as we visited Anambra State to consult PDP stakeholders and delegates for our forthcoming presidential primaries.”

“I thank the Igwe and his council for a wonderful reception and look forward to returning to campaign in Anambra State after winning our Primaries”. Wike wrote on his official Facebook page.
