Five home wins, one away victory, and two draws were produced as eight goals were recorded.
Akwa United, Heartland, Kwara, Lobi Stars, and MFM all recorded home wins over Gombe United, Dakkada, Wikki Tourist, Shooting Stars as well as Plateau United respectively.
Rivers United recorded the only away victory as they defeated Enyimba at the Aba Township Stadium as Remo Stars and Sunshine Stars were held to goalless draws by Nasarawa and Enugu Rangers respectively.
Remo Stars, Akwa United, and Enugu Rangers are all tied with seven points apiece as they sit first, second and third respectively as they are separated with goal difference.
