Super Eagles forward, Samuel Chukwueze, has urged his team, Villarreal, to keep moving forward, following their historic triumphant entry into the semi finals of the UEFA Champions league.
Villarreal played a 1-1 draw against Bayern at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday night, kicking the German Champions out of the contest in the quarter finals.
The Yellow Submarine earlier defeated the Bavarians in the first leg in Spain, thanks to a 1-0 win.
The draw means that the Unai Emery side qualified to the semi final with a 2-1 aggregate win.
Chukwueze came on in the 80th minute to score with what was judged to be only his second touch.
In his appreciation post, the Nigerian wrote on his official Facebook page, “💛💛🙏
Endavant Villarreal 💛💛💛😜” which is interpreted as “keep moving forward”.
Villarreal will play Liverpool or Benfica in the Semi final as both teams are yet to settle their scores in the second leg.
