Former Presidential candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has lamented the discomfort Arsenal football club has caused him following their 2-1 premier league lose to Everton on Monday night.
Arsenal lost their second match in a row after losing to Manchester United and most recently Everton football club.
The Toffees were a goal down in the first half of the game thanks to a controversial goal from Martin Ordegaard.
But Everton were levelled late in the second half thanks to an 80th minute strike by Brazilian Richarlison before an injury time winner by winger Demary Gray.
Atiku as one of the passionate supporters of the Gunnars who was watching from his home in Lagos twitted after the game “Arsenal keeps me up at night. Are there any fans left in Nigeria?”
