PROBLEM WITH THE STREAM?

Not playing? Taking too long to load? Player not displaying? Buffering or connections problem?
Scroll down to view the fix to some common issues experienced on LiveFromNaija.

Computer:
1. Confirm you are still connected to the internet and that your internet connection is strong enough to stream.
2. Refresh the page, as this could be due to the page not loading properly.
3. If you using Firefox browser or Internet explorer, try using a flash based browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
4. If on a windows computer, please confirm you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If not, download here >>.
5. If on a MAC computer you will need to download and install Silverlight plugin – Click here >> to download.
6. If the problem persists, try clearing out your browser cache, as you could be accessing a cached copy of the page.

 

Mobile & Tablet:
1. Please ensure your data is turned on and that you still have an active data plan.
If using WIFI ensure you are still connected and that the network strength is strong enough to stream.
2. Refresh the page as this could be due to the page not loading properly.
3. Trying using your native browser (the default browser that came with your device) or a flash based browser such as UC browser or Google Chrome.
4. If using an Android device, download and install the latest version of flash player for Android here >>
5. If using an iPhone, search Google for a flash based iPhone browser, download and install.
6. If the problem persists, try clearing out your browser cache, as you could be accessing a cached copy of the page.

 

(Kindly note that this platform is not compatible with Opera mini, as opera mini does not support flash content.
